My flagship programme, ideal if you're ready to make meaningful, lasting changes across all areas of your health and want the structure, support and accountability to get there.
This is the programme I recommend for most clients. Over 12 weeks, we work together to uncover what's really going on beneath the surface and build sustainable habits that support your energy, health and wellbeing for the long term. We move gently but effectively through all six pillars of health, at a pace that fits your life, not the other way around.

Your initial consultation (90 minutes)
- A full, unrushed discussion of your health and goals
- Identification of key areas to focus on for the greatest impact
- Clear, realistic health goals tailored to you
Ongoing support over 12 weeks
- 1:1 coaching session every two weeks (6 follow-up sessions)
- Personalised action plans at each stage
- Tailored nutrition guidance and recipe suggestions
- Helpful resources to support lifestyle changes
- Ongoing accountability, encouragement and motivation
- Email support throughout the programme
